3.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on w63 at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. w63 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

You further agree to update such information promptly if any change occurs. w63 accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. w63 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You agree to notify w63 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, w63 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") obligations. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) and may be required to submit additional documents verifying your address or source of funds. KYC verification is generally completed within one (1) to three (3) business days of document submission.
3.5 Account Closure. w63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
4.1 All financial transactions on the w63 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Amounts displayed on the Platform reflect Philippine Peso values.
4.2 w63 accepts the following payment methods for deposits, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
4.3 Deposits are credited to your w63 wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform's payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantaneously. w63 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 w63 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. You may only deposit from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 w63 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts, accepted payment methods, or impose maximum deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification to w63's satisfaction. Withdrawal of funds to a payment account that does not match the identity on the w63 account is strictly prohibited.

5.3 The processing times stated in Section 5.2 are indicative only and may vary due to factors outside w63's reasonable control, including banking system outages, payment provider delays, public holidays, or regulatory review requirements.
5.4 Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the relevant rollover conditions have been satisfied. Withdrawing real-money balance in excess of any locked bonus balance is permitted subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.
5.5 w63 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for supporting documentation regarding source of funds, before releasing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined or suspended.
6.1 From time to time, w63 may offer bonuses, free credit, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to eligible Members ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the w63 website at the time the Promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion terms, all bonus credit must be wagered a minimum number of times before it may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be stated in the specific Promotion terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Members who are found to be abusing Promotion terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group betting, or other methods of artificial wagering — will have their bonus balance voided and their account may be suspended.
6.4 w63 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of a Promotion's terms, w63's decision shall be final and binding.
6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process described in the applicable Promotion terms.
7.1 All games available on the w63 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios, including but not limited to PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, and Habanero. Each game operates pursuant to its own published rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface.
7.2 Random Number Generator (RNG). 7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game round in progress, w63 will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as practicable. 7.5 Voiding of Bets. w63 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a system error, software bug, incorrect odds publication, or any other technical fault. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.
8.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of the w63 Platform:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the w63 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of w63.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of w63's intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law and will result in the immediate termination of your account.
11.1 Platform Provided "As Is." The w63 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w63 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 No Guarantee of Continuous Availability. w63 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games. w63 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
11.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w63's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by the Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. w63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit w63's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 w63 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 w63 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and w63 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the w63 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with w63's support team. 14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
